It is a prominent Group known for architectural designs & build commercial office towers, residential tower apartments, construction of villas and land development.

The Candidate:
• Receives drawings from Engineering Unit to implement on site in coordination with on-site Construction staff employees
• Coordinates and supervises the work of Construction Department non-staff employees including labor, tile and marble masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, and finishing
• Ensures work in progress is in compliance with construction plans, quality, and safety standards
• Takes attendance of Construction Department non-staff employees and issues master labor cards to forward to Personnel Department
• Issues material requisition forms in coordination with Procurement and Planning & Cost Control Departments
• Interfaces with suppliers to ensure all materials received on site are as per project requirements
• Oversees work at different stages of finishing
• Implements variation orders
• Ensures finishing work is carried out as per project plans
• Ensures appropriate licenses are obtained from Municipality when required

Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience as Finishing Foreman

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in oral and written English and Arabic Language
• Ability to work in an environment requiring strong discipline and attention to details
• Habit of working effectively under stressful situations and familiar with construction environment
• Transferable Residency
• Valid Driving License
