Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will be responsible, and accountable for administering and managing all finance Business Processes. The person appointed will work closely with the Chief Finance Officer, having prime responsibility for the finances of the organisation that includes all bookkeeping, accounts and budget/ forecast preparation. As well as an excellent accounting background the position requires expert analytical skills as the person will take a key role in the interpretation and presentation of financial and business performance information. He/she will also need strong IT skills in order to support the Management Information System. This person will be a key player in the implementation of the improvement Plan within the department. The candidate must be a flexible individual and most importantly a team player.
The primary functions and responsibilities for the Finance Manager will include but not limited to:
Overseeing the implementation and conformity to company Financial Policies and procedures
Managing the staff within the area of responsibility
Preparation of financial and management accounting information
Preparation of month end accounts, including maintaining financial data & transactions
Preparation of monthly performance reports
Reconciliation of financial ledgers to sub-ledgers
Liaising with both internal and external audit staff to ensure the rapid completion of audit reports and corrective actions
Preparing the monthly balance sheet and cash flow statements for publication in the Finance Directors report
Preparing financial studies and analysis to support the decision making processes of the company |

Professional Qualification & work Experience:
The successful candidate is expected to:
1. hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in accounting or finance
2. have a minimum of 10 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience working in similar role preferably within the GCC region.
3. be computer literate with recent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, recent use of Internet for research purposes, recent use of email for communication, and financial modules or applications within ERP Systems
4. Bilingual (Arabic & English -reading, writing, understanding and speaking)
