For the Middle Eastern region, we are currently looking for a:
Field Implementation Specialist
This position can be based anywhere out of the Middle East
- Lead implementation of CaridianBCT's technology platforms throughout designated region
- Ensure a smooth, fast and efficient transfer of technology from pre- sales to routine use at customer sites
- Responsible for developing & maintaining implementation tools & processes
- Provide implementation support for validations, clinical & marketing studies with the aim of demonstrating competitive advantages or market acceptance of the product
- Establish project charters in collaboration with stakeholders to develop implementation plans
- Active participation in launch of new innovations & platforms: assist Sales consultants & Marketing to prepare necessary tools & processes
- Act as key contact person between local & global counterparts
- Represent Implementation in cross- functional teams when necessary
- Generate customer interest & assure sustainability through active participation in workshops, user meetings, key opinion leader contacts etc.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge
- Resource for certification (Sign off) of customer training staff & distributors |
