The Senior Account Manager will be expected to excel against the following areas:
Identify, drive and deliver new and incremental channel business through existing network of contacts, existing customers and new approaches in conjunction with the channel marketing team.
Develop strong, collaborative and innovative relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue and widen Meeza’s network within the partner/channel organization.
Develop internal relationships with other members of the Meeza team to enable the successful delivery of channel sales strategy
Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues through compelling media and using appropriate governance
Maximise all opportunities that utilise operating expense
Ensure client satisfaction is monitored regularly and maintained to the highest standard taking every opportunity to improve the customer relationship |

Required Skills
Most important: A proven successful track record of initiating and supporting a number of multi-million dollar channel sales efforts by investigative learning of the prospect’s business requirements followed by a driven process of communicating the appropriate value-added solution to meet prospect needs
Experience (minimum of 5 years) in technology, managed IT services or outsourcing industry sales of services, data, data analytics, consulting, information management, systems integration or software
Broad experience in the negotiation of initial engagements and multi-phase contracts through account business development with hands-on proposal formulation
Tactical experience driving incremental projects/engagements that lead to long-term revenue streams
Existing and current solid relationships with senior industry executives
Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Team player interested in maximizing the performance of all parties at MEEZA in service to clients and each other.
Proven track record of success with a variety of client organizations. Preferably some experience with Middle East market sectors.
Ability to work with the Marketing team to develop channel marketing plans that encompass all disciplines of the marketing function.
Ability and experience producing and presenting reports appropriate for client meetings, client board presentations, etc.
Ability to develop analytical reports highly statistical in nature that communicates effectively to intended audiences.
Ability to travel for client meetings.
Strong ability to take initiative, problem solves, and develops solutions.
Ability to initiate and follow through on projects in a timely and responsible manner.
Education
An undergraduate degree in business, marketing or a technical subject is required |
