Marketing
1. Complete Market analysis in Qatar to find out the business opportunity.
2. Collect customer data and organize the visit.
3. Organize required materials to present to the customers upon visiting.
4. Study and compare the pricing with other competitors.
5. Prepare the price list by discussing with other department head.
6. Update current marketing situation to the Management, and advice the chances of improving the business.

Sales
1. Obtain Long Term Contracts for Transportation from the Qatar Market
2. Analyze the current contracts and their operations and advice the management with the solution to improve the business.
3. Obtain the information of the fleet which are idle, explore the demand of such trucks in the market, and contact the clients.
4. Responsible to provide the quotations to the customers in time
5. Keep the track of all quotations, and follow-up for the unanswered quotations.
6. Co-ordinate, support and follow-up with the operations for all the customers’ movements, advice for the better performance.
7. Attend customer’s complaints and take immediate action to resolve the issues.
8. Frequent visit to the customers to understand the new requirement as well as to stable the current business.
9. Frequent observation of the Government Tenders, Prepare and participate on time.
10. Follow-up for the outstanding payments incase any issues reported from the finance.
10.Sales forecasting and report to the senior management on time for all the issues in the department.

Contracts
1. Responsible to submit the sales contract to the client as per the rules and regulation of the company.
2. Keep the track of all the contracts and do the needful to renew on time.
