Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Sales Director
• To actively promote and propose project management IT solutions as per customers' requirements.
• Search and penetrate into new customer and increase current market share.
• Work closely with pre-sale and technical support team to secure sales and provide customers’ satisfaction.
• Identify marketing strategies with pre-sales support to improve company sales.
• Formulate commercial strategy to win business for the company.
• Prepare Sales forecast and plans to ensure the achievement of quarterly and yearly sales target.
• Use Microsoft CRM System to create a database of qualified leads. Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, quotations and account summaries
Requirements
• Candidates must be below 30 years of age.
• Applicants should possess Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration/ IT . Preferably with basic knowledge in Information Technology .
• At least 2-4 years' of relevant experience of sales with a good sales track record preferably in the IT industry with focus in AEC / Oil & Gas .
• Strong networking in sales or able to contact with potential customers to promote the products and services of the company.
• Result and target oriented with ability to work independently, good problem solving skills.
• Good business knowledge and resourceful and able to work under critical conditions.
• Individual with good sales focused, high drive and proven sales acumen.
• Strong interpersonal, communications skills with excellent presentation skill and able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Pleasant, courteous and able to abide and follow guidelines set by the company.
• Candidates should be independent, self motivated, self starter and possess good working attitude. Able to work amongst the team of the company and partners.
• Candidates should possess valid driving license and passport, and must be willing to travel throughout QATAR or Gulf region if required.
