General Summary and scope:

Supervise all sales and marketing activities in the showroom in order to meet the sales targets and secure growth and profitability in compliance with the company business plan.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Supervise all sales and marketing activities in the showroom.
2.Implement all marketing activities in the showroom according to agreed budgets in order to sustain market leadership and secure healthy growth rates.
3.Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for his/her showroom in order and issue timely management and statistical reports.
4.Liaise with and utilize support from suppliers, merchandisers and other partners as required in order to minimize the stock shortages.
5.Supervise cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
6.Plan and implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers.
7.Supervise selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
8.Supervise costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the showrooms.
9.Supervise and maintain effectiveness of IT and other essential in-store systems.
10.Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
11.Supervise all stock movement activities: in/out, transfer, sales etc and responsible of showroom stock in a way to eliminate stock shortage and perform stock replenishment in an efficient manner and on due time.

Business and Selling Skills:

1.Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
Ideal business background would be in: Beauty Industry, Nail Care, Cosmetics, and perfumery, FMCG.

Management Ability:

1.Supervisory skills and experience will be useful.

Past Experience and Education

1. 5+ years of experience as Sales Supervisor/Showroom Supervisor in a well established organization preferably in the cosmetics field.
2.University Graduate, in addition to related training courses especially sales.
3.Fluent in English and Arabic, additional language is a plus.
